When will my item ship?

Many of our products are made to order and created by hand with care. Your order will ship in 3-5 business days from the date of purchase. Custom and extra large orders may take longer, in which case we will contact you!

Flat Rate $9CAD tracked shipping with Canada Post and USPS. Free Shipping over $50CAD. 

Delivery in Canada: 2-8 business days

Delivery in USA: 2-5 business days

We accept returns within 10 days of your package delivery date. Purchased items must be returned in original, un-used condition and Bijou & Birdie is not responsible for return-shipping costs.

We do custom orders with both fabric and wood starting at $50CAD. Please email us at contact@bijouandbirdie.com with your request for an estimate.
